:
Good communication, interpersonal and team building skills as well as fully developed counseling skills.

Clinical Officer or a Registered Nurse/Midwife or Comprehensive Nurse.
Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Participate in diagnosing, treating and managing patients with eye conditions.
Refer complicated eye conditions to Senior Ophthalmic Clinical Officer.
Assist in management of static and mobile eye units.
Carry out equipment maintenance and ensure that they are functional and secure.
Participate in research activities.
Manage and account for allocated resources.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Adhere to the Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Prepare and submit periodic reports.
