Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Provides specialized gynecological oncology services and manages patients with gynecological cancers.
Examines, investigates, diagnoses and treats patients with gynecological malignancies.
Participates in multidisciplinary management of patients with gynecological cancers
Participates in clinical research, audit, quality improvement and Continuing Professional Development activities.
Participates in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines, protocols and standards for gynecological oncology services.
Participates in specialist outreach and provides technical support to other health facilities.
Maintains accurate clinical records and prepares reports on gynecological oncology services.
Supervises, mentors and trains medical officers, resident doctors, interns and other health professionals.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Responsible Officer.
