Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical machinery and equipment in the hospital.
Participate in the servicing and repair of medical plants.
Inspect and identify faulty electrical equipment and installations.
Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations, equipment and systems.
Participate in testing and commissioning of electrical installations and equipment
Assist in ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures.
Maintain records of electrical maintenance, repairs and equipment servicing
Prepare and submit periodic reports on electrical engineering activities.
Promote observance of professional standards, safety requirements and the relevant Codes of Conduct and Ethics
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
