Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Assist in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of Mechanical systems and equipment.
Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of Mechanical equipment
Identify Mechanical faults and undertake repairs under the guidance of the supervising Engineer/Technician
Assist in testing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Maintain Mechanical repairs Movable machines and other health-facility areas
Assist in maintenance of generators, Vehicles systems, and other Mechanical
Keep records of Mechanical maintenance, repairs, faults and materials used.
Assist in monitoring contractors undertaking Mechanical works and report defects to the supervisor
Observe electrical safety standards, occupational health and safety requirements
Manage and account for tools, equipment and materials entrusted to him/her
Prepare routine reports on Mechanical works and maintenance activities.
