Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Supervise and mentor Associate Consultant, Medical Officers and other Health Professionals under him/her
Prepare and submit periodic reports
Provide technical and professional advice in Maxillofacial Surgery.
Conduct and participate in research in the area of Maxillofacial Surgery.
Plan and coordinate training programmes for Health Professionals.
Plan and coordinate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Maxillofacial Surgery.
Provide technical guidance on procurement specifications for equipment, drugs and other logistics required for Maxillofacial Surgery services.
Ensure observance of professional ethics and discipline among staff under his/her supervision.
