Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Diagnose and treat complicated ophthalmic conditions.
Conduct specialized ophthalmic Clinics
Manage referral patients at the National level.
Conduct ward rounds.
Supervise, coach, mentor, appraise and train Medical and Health Professionals under him/her.
Draft standard operating procedures, clinical protocols and guidelines in radiology.
Teach Medical students as well as other health students.
Supervise and train intern Doctors.
Enforce adherence to the professional development in radiology at the Hospital and the catchment area of the Hospital.
Advise on the procurement of equipment, drugs and other logistics required for his/her specialty.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
