Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Supervise and train Intern Doctors.
Provide technical guidance on specifications for procurement of equipment, drugs and other logistics required for Obstetrics and gynecology services.
Diagnose and treat complicated Obstetrics and Gynaecology conditions.
Conduct specialized Clinics.
Manage referral patients at the National level.
Conduct Ward rounds.
Supervise, coach, mentor, appraise and train Medical and Health Professionals under him/her.
Draft standard operating procedures, clinical protocols and guidelines in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Teach Medical students as well as other health students.
Enforce adherence to the professional code of conduct and ethics.
Conduct research in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Conduct continuous professional development in their area of specialization at the Hospital and the catchment area of the Hospital.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
