Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
To diagnose, treat and admit patients into the ICU.
To provide technical guidance on the specifications for procurement of equipment, drugs and other logistics required for his/her specialty
To manage intra and inter facility referral patients at the National level.
To conduct and ICU Rounds.
To Conduct research in Intensive and High Dependency Care
To supervise, coach, mentor, appraise and train Medical Officers and other health professionals under him/her.
To enforce adherence to the professional code of conduct and ethics
To draft standard operating procedures, clinical protocols and guidelines in their area of specialty
