Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Provide leadership to the Nursing-Psychiatry Division.
Plan, Coordinate, budget, monitor and evaluate nursing-Psychiatry services for the National Referral Hospital.
Provide technical guidance and support supervision for effective delivery of nursing-Psychiatry services
Monitor and evaluate nursing-Psychiatry services.
Allocate and account for resources.
Initiate and review Nursing-Psychiatry guidelines
Enforce adherence to professional code of conduct and ethics.
Provision of guidance for career development and training for Psychiatric-Nurses.
Plan and coordinate the implementation of quality assurances programmes for Nursing-Psychiatry services
Promote research and innovation in Psychiatric Nursing.
Manage the performance of staff in the Division.
