Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Plan, coordinate, supervise, monitor and evaluate nutrition services.
Provide technical guidance on nutrition service delivery.
Develop and implement nutrition work plans, budgets and programmes.
Supervise, mentor and appraise nutrition staff.
Provide technical guidance on management of acute and chronic malnutrition and nutrition-related conditions.
Coordinate nutrition research and utilisation of nutrition data.
Coordinate and facilitate continuing professional development for nutrition staff.
Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethical requirements.
Manage and account for allocated resources.
Prepare and submit periodic nutrition reports.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
