Planning and budgeting for medical laboratory activities.
Producing and supervising medical laboratory services.
Establishing and monitoring the implementation of bio-safety and bio d) medical laboratories.
Analysing laboratory data and producing periodic reports.
Managing and accounting for resources allocated to the medical laboratory,
Supervising, training and mentoring students and health workers.
Providing leadership in research.
Establishment and monitoring quality assurance programs in the laboratory
Compiling and submitting periodic reports.
