Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Monitor implementation of policy on public health nursing
Monitor implementation of standards and guidelines related to public health nursing
Coordinate the provision of technical support related to public health nursing to Referral Hospitals and Districts
Promote equitable deployment of public health Nurses in Referral and NGO Hospitals.
Monitor the performance of Public Health Nurses in Referral and NGO Hospitals.
Participate in the Ministry quality assurance programmes
Develop work plans and budgets
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
