Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and budget for radiography activities
Supervise Senior Radiographers, Radiographers and other staff under the unit
Coordinate provision of diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic services
Liaise with Ward Management in preparation of patients for radiographic investigations and treatment
Ensure proper maintenance and safe use of radiography equipment
Ensure compliance with radiation protection and safety requirements
Participate in training, mentorship and professional development of staff
Conduct and support research and quality-improvement activities
Ensure observance of the professional Code of Conduct and Ethics
