Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas
:
Provide leadership to the Nursing Division
Plan, Coordinate, budget, monitor and evaluate nursing services for the National Referral Hospital
Provide technical guidance and support supervision for effective delivery of nursing services
Monitor and evaluate nursing services
Allocate and account for resources
Initiate and review Nursing guidelines
Enforce adherence to professional code of conduct and ethics
Provision of guidance for career development and training for Nurses
Plan and coordinate the implementation of quality assurances programmes for Nursing services
Promote research and innovation in Nursing
Manage the performance of staff in the Division
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
