Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Produce performance reports for the Department.
Spearhead development and monitoring of implementation of clinical services policies and procedures.
Provide technical guidance in the delivery of clinical services.
Spearhead the preparation of Departmental work plans and strategies.
Spearhead the preparation and submission of budgets.
Supervise the development and implementation of clinical services Quality Assurance programs.
Support training/capacity development of clinical staff.
Supervise, coach, mentor and appraise staff.
Coordinate preparation and submission of performance reports.
