:
Manage and account for allocated resources.
Adhere to the Professional Codes of Conduct and Ethics.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Collect, handle and transport specimens to the Laboratory.
Prepare standards and reagents according to established procedures.
Carry out laboratory investigations and submit reports to Clinicians.
Requisition necessary supplies for laboratory work.
Service laboratory equipment and maintain an inventory.
Follow safety measures against hazards.
Participate in quality assurance for laboratories.
Participate in research activities.
Prepare and submit periodic reports.
Liaise with Ward Management in the preparation of patients for laboratory tests.
